We are delighted to announce the publication of the 2023 Annual Report. This report offers a detailed view of the many achievements accomplished over the past year.
In 2023, The MedFund intensified its efforts to protect Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) in the Mediterranean. We are proud to now support over 9000 km² of MPAs, including 200 km² of strongly protected MPAs.
The MedFund continues to enjoy the support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), French Global Environment Facility (FFEM), French Development Agency (AFD), Government of Monaco, Spanish Government, Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, MAVA Foundation, Pew Bertarelli Ocean Legacy, Oceanographic Institute of Monaco, Biodiversarium, Seaquarium Grau du Roi and Nausicaa.
